Description We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and organization of facilities operations. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational and communication skills, along with experience in maintenance management systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to ensure seamless workflow and task tracking.

• Manage scheduling and timekeeping using tools like Kronos and About Time, ensuring accurate and timely records.

• Coordinate with teams to support budget processes and maintain efficient cost tracking.

• Arrange and maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are equipped and ready for use.

• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing facilities-related inquiries and issues.

• Utilize platforms such as Concur and IBM AS/400 to streamline administrative tasks and reporting.

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of facility maintenance schedules.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal staff to support operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the facility.

• Perform general administrative duties to support the facilities management team. Requirements • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and related tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
