Duties: The Business Analyst at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Kirkland, Washington will conduct in-depth analytics to identify actionable insights, suggest experimentation ideas, make recommendations, and influence direction of commerce business by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional groups. Set standards for derived metrics and ensure consistent application across organization. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for product offerings and improvements. Build and maintain rich, dynamic analytic dashboards. Display results in easy-to-consume reports that help business partners understand their business and its drivers. Perform data wrangling and enablement work, build end-to-end data solutions from analytic-designed data sets to the design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide views, dashboards and custom reporting. Use data mining techniques to drive product strategy, reduce customer attrition, and find new revenue opportunities. Work with analytic tools and exploring new data, writing SQL and scripts, and creating visual dashboards in Tableau or other visualization tools to build insightful reports to solve unique customer problems. Telecommuting permissible. GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $110,864 - $128,400 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related analytical field plus one year of experience as a business analyst or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related analytical field plus three years of experience as a business analyst or related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: (1) SQL; (2) data visualizing; (3) business intelligence tools including Tableau; (4) analytical techniques including trend analysis and forecasting; (5) A/B or multi-variant testing; (6) statistical modeling including linear regression and forecasting.
