Responsibilities You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Operations Management Department (SPK10), Plans and Programs Division (SPK11) at the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) Field Activity of Strategic Systems Programs. You will provide managers with information for making decisions on administrative, programmatic and logistical aspects of the activity operations and management. You will develop program policies and plans, including schedules, resource management plans, and program documentation. You will serve as project/program manager on novel, complex and unique management and operations assignments. You will conduct studies to develop resource requirements to ensure that programs are properly planned and budgeted. You will serve as a principal point of contact for production and maintenance resource requirements; planning and inventory control; and coordination of integrated logistics support planning. You will perform studies of contractors' capabilities to produce critical products required by SWFLANT. You will develop and implement plans and schedules for the maintenance and promulgation of SWFLANT fleet logistics support plans and long-range, medium-range, and short-range program requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating operational maintenance programs (e.g. contracts, personnel, materials, budget, cost, or equipment) to develop recommendations and advise management on operational and administrative efficiencies.
