The Operations System Integrator is a lean and operational excellence expert with digital and information systems degree or certification who will the develop and manage the digital architecture to enable Standard Work, Process Performance Management, and site Continuous Improvement program aligned to GSK Production System standards. This is a specialized role in the GPS team reporting to the Site Strategy and Lean Six Sigma (GPS) Director. The digital systems integrator is the lead and owner of the digital control room and manages the digital boards for site tier process, governance, and communications framework. This role is partner of the GPS manager who is accountable for the site operations continuous improvement program that is aligned to the GSK Production System to deliver the business strategy and improve business performance across the scorecard (safety, quality, service, cost, and people).

The GPS team  has a shared goal to add value to patients and the business by driving a zero-waste supply chain and making effiencies, including the use of digital, data and analytics tools in conjunction with Lean practices.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead the deployment and functionality architecture of the site digital control room Architect for enabling digital systems for the GSK production systems such as building out performance metrics at all levels of the Site and Data insights for problem identification Lead day to day deployment of the GPS as well as all related improvement activities at site level (business impact on safety, quality, cost, and people). Support SLT in the identification of financial and non-financial benefits associated with GPS implementation. Ensure a robust GPS system is in place and track progress of the site GPS deployment road-map and self-assess the site GPS maturity level. Report on all required data to central teams as required. Role model GPS skills and lean leadership behaviours Ensure consistency of progress across the site and network by sharing and adopting lessons learned. Benchmarking site performance vs other sites / companies to set appropriate Operational Performance ambition Management of project delivery using Agile methods Automation of data extracts and intermediate transformations. Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Science or Engineering related field

Lean Six Sigma certified

2+ year of experience in systems management or administrator, demonstrated leadership in change and transformation

2+ years of operational excellence or lean experience

2+ years in leading teams in manufacturing environment

Experience with application design, testing and deployment, preferably in a GxP environment Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Lean Coach or Operational Excellence Trainer Change Management Digital Transformation Advanced knowledge of relational database technologies  (i.e. SQL Server, Azure SQL) Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate. Strong understanding of Networking and Information Technology hardware as they relate to data science. Experience with one or more of the following preferred:  Azure data lakes and Azure SQL; Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence; MS Access, SAP data structures and extraction (in Manufacturing, Maintenance & Quality); robotic process automation (Power Automate or Automation Anywhere) Basic understanding of the following: Cyber protection and data privacy concepts; automation and automated process control systems; wireless standards/protocols/technologies #LI-GSK
