The Business Applications Specialist will assist the Business Applications Senior Specialist with his responsibility for all end-to-end business solutions. He will assist the Senior Specialist in design, implementation, administration, and support of both the hardware and software needed for end-to-end delivery.

    • Ensure all customer-facing solutions (test and production) are available, reliable and functioning to exceed end-user specifications.
```{=html} ``` - * Engage in and improve the entire solutions delivery lifecycle for all technology services -- input and design, development, deployment, operations, and support. - * Maintain services once they are in production by measuring and monitoring availability, reliability, performance, and overall solution stability. - * Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software tools, capacity planning and readiness reviews. - * Scale systems sustainably through services like automation and evolve systems by designing and implementing for changes that improve reliability. - * Participate in incident/problem management reviews and work to constantly increase the number of issues resolved and reduce the mean time to repair. - * Maintains reliable and secure user access to company all data. Experience:

    • Minimum 1 years' experience on a large-scale Windows environment supporting both local and remote end-users.
    • Knowledge of applications and problem resolution; excellent troubleshooting skills
    • Willing to learn databases (Oracle, SQL)
    • Minimum 1 years' experience working in large-scale production operations environments providing mission critical services to end-users.
    • Motivated to work quickly and accurately under pressure in time-critical situations.

Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
