4 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 07/18/2025- 10/15/2025.

Crops/Commodities: Vegetables including, but not limited to, green beans, brussels sprouts, cabbage, sweet corn, pumpkins, squash.. Drive heavy trucks to/from delivery or pickup destinations, and to haul crops from field to packing facility. Regularly climb into and out of trucks and trailers. Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure. Secure cargo for transport using ropes, blocks, chains, binders, or covers. Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy. Maneuver trucks into and out of loading and unloading positions. Load-unload trailers and cargo. Handle equipment and cargo carefully to prevent damage. Drive trucks in compliance with state regulations. Interact with roadway officials. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection and paperwork on trucks and trailers. Clean/maintain lights, windows, and mirrors, and vehicle exterior. Add engine oil and fuel as needed. Perform preventative maintenance. Must be able to drive in rain, snow, and other hazardous conditions as needed. Drive in both on-road (paved) and off-road conditions. May drive other vehicle types. Use GPS and/or maps to navigate to destinations. Read/comprehend traffic signage and directions. Load/unload product. Prepare orders for shipping. Keep material and product records accurately.

Supervisor(s) will provide instructions and directions to workers. Workers must be able to comprehend and follow instructions and communicate effectively to supervisors. Unusual, complex or non-routine activities will be supervised. Workers expected to perform basic duties in a timely and proficient manner without close supervision. Workers must obey all safety rules and basic instructions and be able to recognize, understand and comply with safety, pesticide warning/re-entry and other essential postings. Workers must report for work daily wearing work clothing and boots or other durable foot wear. Long sleeve shirts and pants are recommended. Workers must operate equipment, with or without direction, in a manner that protects operator, visitors, other workers, products, trees, crops and equipment. Failure to comply with safety requirements and operating instructions may result in termination.

Employees must not report for work, enter the employers' property or perform service while under the influence of or having used alcohol, marijuana, illegal controlled substances, or any other substance that may in any way adversely affect their alertness, coordination, reaction or safety.
Workers with a clean driving record (no major moving violations such as but not limited to Driving While Intoxicated or Reckless Driving) and able to obtain an insurable driver's license may be required to drive company vehicles.

Requirements:

• Six months experience driving/servicing tractor unit and semi-trailer.
• Workers must have an appropriate US drivers license or equivalent as set forth by the US Department of Transportation, FMCSA or NYS Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
• Employer-paid post-hire drug testing is required.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Extensive pushing/pulling/sitting/walking
• Frequent stooping/bending over
• Repetitive movements
