Job Summary:
Public Area Attendants will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties and the removal of notable amounts of trash and recycling to ensure the cleanliness of all public/common areas including high volume use restroom toilets and sinks at Killingtons properties. PAAs will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in lodges and dining areas, hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other areas. All duties to be performed while upholding Killingtons hospitality standards to both our staff and guests.
Summary of KeyResponsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain cleanliness in lodges, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, etc.
- Ensure dining areas are clean and straightened, focusing on tables, chairs, inside and outside patio seating areas
- Ensure glass doors and windows remain clean
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms-stock paper products, soaps and trash bags, emptying restroom trash
- Maintain recycle/trash stations - empty dining room trash bags, recycle bags and compost bins
- Stock water cups, tissues, and napkins
- Shuttle cafeteria trays to and from dish machine
- Operate floor cleaning equipment including floor scrubber and vacuum cleaner
- May work early mornings or late night shifts
- Perform other tasks as assigned
