What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

You must be an administrative superstar!

You will provide assistance to the existing facilities management team in matters of administrative support.

Co-ordination of maintenance requests submitted by staff in email, verbally or Electronic format and ensuring they are processed on the site computerized maintenance management system

Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day administration needs for the Facilities team including arranging team meetings and arranging training courses

  • Take responsibility for the administrative tasks associated to the EHS Velocity “contractor management system”.

  • Act as “Maximo Super user” for the Computerised asset management system

  • Supporting the Facilities Supervisor in their duties; managing the Integrated Facilities Management service provider

  • Facilities Administrators provide assistance to ensure the day-to-day smooth operation of the building's infrastructure, through administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiation, contractor liaison and documentation

Qualifications/experience:

  • Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification

  • A strong communicator

What is the leadership like for this role?

This role reports to Martin Wall, our Facilities Manager.

You will join Martin's team of 8 that includes process facilities staff and building service engineers.
