Aerotek Structural Fluxcore Welder in Kentwood, Louisiana
Structural Welder
Pay:$22-27
Responsibilities:
Ability to weld using Flux-core on a variety of structural steel-including stainless and carbon steel
Weld Test- FCAW CO2 shielded AWD 11- grade 50,1 inch start in 2G, move to 3G, final 4G
Ability to back gauge
Follow engineering blueprints and specifications
Inspect welds to ensure quality
Qualifications:
4 + years of experience welding a variety of structural steel components
Experience welding and fitting a variety of structural steel components, including beams, columns, and trusses
Shifts: 1st -5am-5:30pm & 2nd – 4pm-4:30am ($1 pay difference)
Pay: Class B-$22-$24/Class A-$25-27- PAY IS DETERMINED BY WELD TEST, INTERVIEW, & EXPERIENCE
