Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $28.50 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Work Week Hours: M-F, 5am-1:30pm

• Perform light electrical, light plumbing, patching and spackling of drywall

• Complete some minor carpentry and construction as well as hardware install

• Follow safety protocols

• Handle repairs and improvements for tenants or common area amenities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may include light bulb changes, minor plumbing repairs, roof leaks, etc

• Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with tenants, co-workers and the general public, at all times, on or off the property

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year or more of building maintenance experience

• Recent construction/commercial building maintenance experience

• Have tools of the trade and ability to bring them to jobsite

• Work references that speak to your maintenance experience

• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
