Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Candidates will be operating a stand-up forklift and following a batch sheet to pull raw materials from the warehouse and load them into machines. They will handle both dry materials and totes of chemicals, hooking up hoses from the tanks to the totes. They will document the weight of the materials they are loading into the machines using an HMI screen. Additionally, they will be cross-trained in the tanker area, where they will climb tanker trucks to attach hoses and document all weights received in the system.
Responsibilities
Operate a stand-up forklift to pull raw materials and load them into machines.
Handle both dry materials and chemicals, including hooking up hoses to totes.
Document the weight of materials using an HMI screen on the machines.
Cross-train in the tanker area to attach hoses to tanker trucks and document weights.
Consistently lift up to 60 lbs as part of daily tasks.
Essential Skills
3 years of stand-up forklift experience.
2 years of experience utilizing an RF Scan Gun.
Ability to comfortably lift 60 lbs consistently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with batching and machine operation.
Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols.

Work Environment
The work environment is a brand new, well-lit facility equipped with state-of-the-art machines. The blending department is moving to a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule within a month, with openings for both Sunday-Wednesday (6am-5pm) and Thursday-Saturday (6am-4pm) shifts, including overtime. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6am-5pm, and on Saturdays from 6am-12pm. Currently, mandatory overtime requires candidates to work 55-60 hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
