ManpowerGroup Sanitation Manager in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sanitation Manager to join their team. As a Sanitation Manager, you will be part of the sanitation department supporting the third shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a dependable nature, and excellent organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation Manager

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

  • Oversee the attendance and performance of the third shift sanitation department, including sanitation supervisors and team members.

  • Conduct training, development, and performance analysis of sanitation team members.

  • Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Establish timelines and process controls to deliver a clean plant every morning.

  • Manage chemical inventories and monitor testing results, taking corrective action as needed.

What's Needed?

  • 5 years of sanitation supervisory experience in the food industry with familiarity in USDA and OSHA regulations.

  • Strong leadership qualities and a responsible, dependable, and organized approach.

  • Knowledge of Lock out/Tag out, HACCP, GMP, and Safety certifications.

  • Experience with BRC or Global Standards Training compliance, documentation, and reporting.

  • Ability to manage and maintain documentation for chemical control logs and sanitation schedules.
