Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Inspector will perform incoming and final quality inspections using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measurers. Inspections will be documented either through a computer system or written records. The role requires comfort with climbing ladders to work on the tops of radiators.
Responsibilities
Perform incoming and final quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and tape measurers.
Document inspections through a computer system or written records.
Climb ladders to inspect the tops of radiators.
Read and interpret blueprints and quality standards.
Write non-conforming materials reports.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in writing non-conforming materials reports.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CMM experience is a plus.

Work Environment
This is a manufacturing shop with departments such as welding, warehouse, assembly, and quality. The environment can be very hot and dusty at times. Employees may need to lift or move up to 75 lbs. First shift hours are from 5am to 1:30pm, and second shift hours are from 1:30pm to 12am, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
