Hello, NOW HIRING, Direct-Hire opportunity. Industrial Maintenance Technician A metal finishing Light fixture company in Kenosha, WI is searching for a Maintenance technician on 2nd shift. to repair, fix, diagnosis, and offer preventative maintenance on the following equipment including: NC turret presses, laser, brake presses, punch presses, kick presses, drill presses, spot welders, seam welder, shears, riveters, robot welder, assembly lines, packaging equipment, heat stake equipment, power tools machine tools, tool grinders, etc.
Must have Experience
High level of troubleshooting,
diagnostic and repair of building systems,
equipment and equipment components which includes heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, compressors, chillers, condensers, pumps, piping, and plumbing.
Perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, company grounds and vehicle servicing.
Perform preventative maintenance of critical facility and production equipment on a regularly scheduled basis.

Responsibilities
Working from blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, maintenance work orders and instructions, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of production equipment including: NC turret presses, laser, brake presses, punch presses, kick presses, drill presses, spot welders, seam welder, shears, riveters, robot welder, assembly lines, packaging equipment, heat stake equipment, power tools machine tools, tool grinders, etc.
Address production repairs immediately to minimize downtime.
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with planning work so laborers (especially temps) have a source of work always before them to keep them productive.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
