JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking an IT Security Administrator. This role is with a shipping company based in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The contract duration is 6+ months with possible extension/conversion. Responsibilities: Support and maintain IT Security applications and systems Develop documentation for installing, supporting, and troubleshooting IT Security systems Work with enterprise architects, developers, and support staff to design optimal security practices when developing new application requirements Mitigate security risks associated with systems and applications, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the business Interpret business requirements and functional specifications to recommend application security requirements and solutions Communicate technical application security concepts to business users, developers, architects, and managers Knowledge of software development lifecycles, concepts, and methodologies Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams to articulate application requirements Knowledge of application security, technical controls and common vulnerabilities Work in a senior-level application support role, and train junior staff as needed Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree required or relevant experience preferred Security experience with endpoint, email, and web security tools and technologies Experience with access management and active directory. Administration experience with an Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool, strong preference for BeyondTrust 5+ years actual Cybersecurity experience Experience supporting and administering enterprise-level applications Experience in PCI compliance, or similar compliance frameworks Experience with Cloud and hybrid Cloud / On-premises security designs Experience in a large enterprise corporate environment Requires travel to branch and international locations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Requirements: Security+, CISSP, or equivalent certification preferred Experience with Azure Experience supporting more than one of the following tools: Active Directory, BeyondTrust, IBM QRadar, Proofpoint, SentinelOne, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler Compensation: \$65- \$81/hr W2 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
