The Recruiting Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team, database administration, and manages the candidate experience once an offer has been accepted through the new hire's Onboarding. This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our management teams and the HR team in order to effectively manage all matters independently. This position is a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team and supports the overall recruiting process for our business across the country. A successful team member displays strong communication skills when communicating with candidates by actively listening, clarifying the process and next steps for a candidate, working with the recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates are moving efficiently through the process, and maintains candidate data in our applicant tracking system, UKG. Must Haves: High school diploma or the equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in recruiting support role preferred. 1-2 years of office administration and customer service experience strongly preferred.
