What you will do: Perform railcar and truck loading and offloading, startup, shutdown, and general operation of pumps, screws, belts, tanks, valves, and other process equipment Conduct regular operational roundsto monitorequipment health Perform some minor maintenance activities Monitor and operate equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits Assist withstartup, shut down, and operation of processes and equipment from a field role Respond to and appropriately addresses process and equipmentupsets Identify possible or current operating problems and recommend action to resolve any deficiencies in rate, quality or mechanical operation Safely handle of dry products, nitric acid and liquid fertilizer while loading rail cars and trucks Perform minor maintenance and housekeeping duties What you will bring: High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read, understand and apply operating procedures Able to use computers for job functions and training Mechanical and process troubleshooting and analytical skills Commitment to working in a highly safety-conscious environment Compensation & Benefits: The wage for this role is $33.92 per hour. This wage is estimated forOperator in Trainingaccording toWashington's Pay Transparency Law. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
