Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

As the Production Associate II for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to … Assembly Access Control Products in a Clean and Safe Work Environment.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for … Building, Testing, and Packaging all Assembled Products for Finished Goods Inventory.

What you will do…

  • Follow standardized best practices for completing builds and testing.

  • Follow safe work procedures and policies designated for all work areas.

  • Identify and report unsafe practices or injuries to Supervisor or Director immediately.

  • Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.

  • Complete all builds within designed time frames per product.

  • Coordinate with Production Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.

  • Meet or exceed all quality standards for each product. Complete quality records as required.

  • Perform supervised quality inspections per Product requirements.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist Supervisor in analyzing root causes of Nonconformances. Basic troubleshooting.

  • Mentor/ Train Level I Associates in their assigned duties.

  • Strive to reduce expenses, eliminate waste, and increase productivity across all product lines.

  • Entry-level soldering skills.

  • Perform unsupervised quality inspections per Product requirements.

    What we expect of you…

  • Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing operations environment.

  • GED or High School Diploma

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at times.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • You will need to be in or near Kennesaw, GA, for your daily commute.
