Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
As the Production Associate II for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to … Assembly Access Control Products in a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for … Building, Testing, and Packaging all Assembled Products for Finished Goods Inventory.
What you will do…
Follow standardized best practices for completing builds and testing.
Follow safe work procedures and policies designated for all work areas.
Identify and report unsafe practices or injuries to Supervisor or Director immediately.
Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.
Complete all builds within designed time frames per product.
Coordinate with Production Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.
Meet or exceed all quality standards for each product. Complete quality records as required.
Perform supervised quality inspections per Product requirements.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assist Supervisor in analyzing root causes of Nonconformances. Basic troubleshooting.
Mentor/ Train Level I Associates in their assigned duties.
Strive to reduce expenses, eliminate waste, and increase productivity across all product lines.
Entry-level soldering skills.
Perform unsupervised quality inspections per Product requirements.
What we expect of you…
Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing operations environment.
GED or High School Diploma
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at times.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
You will need to be in or near Kennesaw, GA, for your daily commute.
