What you get to do every day
Review contracts
Organize contracts within the database
Assist with compliance matters
Support attorney through all stages of project work as it relates to contract management Requirements - Knowledge of Contract Management
Recent degree in legal studies and/or paralegal certificate
Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
It is an excellent chance to gain experience in an in-house environment!
