Wolters Kluwer Director, Financial Planning in Kennesaw, Georgia

As a Director, Financial Planning, you will provide senior leadership to high-level professionals and managers. You will be principally responsible for the overall performance and strategic financial management of your area. This role demands exceptional financial acumen, strategic insight, and leadership skills to ensure the organization's financial objectives are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Enterprise Function allocation teams, supporting Wolters Kluwer divisions. Including supporting allocations for GBS, dxg, Legal, HR, Strategy and GBCM.

• Lead all VSP, LE, and Budget cycles for Enterprise Function allocations.

• Provide Key Insights to Divisional Business leaders in relation to Enterprise Function expenses.

Lead senior managers and high-level financial professionals.

• Oversee and guide the strategic financial planning process.

• Supervise the analysis of advanced financial data and emerging trends.

• Develop and present high-level financial reports to executive leadership.

• Craft and implement organizational financial strategies.

• Ensure comprehensive compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

• Drive the ongoing development and optimization of financial models.

• Partner with executive leadership to shape strategic financial decisions.

• Oversee the performance and results of multiple financial planning departments.

• Spearhead initiatives that provide significant business and financial impact.

• May lead part of a function within single country, a product within a segment or as part of a corporate function

• Is guided by a divisional strategy to determine organizational objectives and divisional plans

• May interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to policies

• Work is performed without appreciable direction and evaluated based on executing against defined plans and strategy

• Impacts results of part of a division or a region by driving results that impact the company

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $189,950 - $268,900
