Aston Carter Entry Level Accounting Clerk in Kendall, Florida

Job Title: Entry Level Accounting Opportunity!

Job Description

  • Process banking reports for returned banking transactions such as NSF, ISF, closed accounts, and uncollected funds.

  • Provide management with collection alerts through the Total Track system and document all actions taken to complete the alert.

  • Request updates and credit evaluation reports from Credit Underwriting and manage over-threshold limits.

  • Prepare reconciliations upon client requests.

  • Review the Aging Report to process client refunds, credits, or overpayments.

  • Prepare manual ACH debits for clients on special payment terms, including those processing payrolls on pre-wire transfer terms with outstanding balances after initial receipt of funds.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in MIAMI, FL and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hours: 8:30 am -5 pm.
