We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d) to support our clients in defining and implementing innovative and exciting IT transformations.

As part of the Kyndryl Consult team, you act as a Senior Consultant along the phases "Advice", "modernize" and "migrate" and guide customers towards a secure and stable operation of their critical IT systems. We act seamlessly from strategy, process and organizational consulting to technology consulting and accompany our customers on their digital transformation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • As part of our Kyndryl Consult team, you will work as an interface and intermediary between departments and IT to develop excellent solutions, accept implementation requirements for ServiceNow and support the creation and implementation of customer-specific ServiceNow architectures

  • You advise our customers on the conception of the ServiceNow architecture for the implementation of customer business processes into innovative and time-efficient workflows

  • As a ServiceNow consultant, you keep an overview of the complete IT architecture of our customers. You worked closely with all other responsible persons in agile, diverse and interdisciplinary teams.

  • You analyze and design business workflows and, based on this, deliver a tailor-made process architecture that is optimally tailored to the options of the ServiceNow platform

  • You support customers in the design and implementation of interfaces to other systems as well as the migration of processes and data

  • They are able to think from the perspective of our customers, identify challenges, systematically outline solutions and implement suitable solutions with the help of building blocks from the Kyndryl portfolio and its partner ecosystem.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a subject of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences or technology

  • +5 years of professional experience in the ServiceNow environment, especially in the conception and development of complex solutions in ServiceNow platform (architecture, principles, functions, implementation methodology)

  • Experience in consulting and implementation of one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, IRM, Security Operations, DevOps), Employee Workflow (HRSD, WSD), Customer Workflow (Order Management, Field Service Management)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications

  • Familiar with the design and/or implementation of ServiceNow integrations to other systems (e.g. ServiceNow to ServiceNow or other ITSM tool suites, Microsoft and SAP systems)

  • Experience in designing and setting up a CMDB in ServiceNow

  • Routined in JavaScript, relational databases and web technologies

  • Understand dependencies including cause-and-effect chains between business and IT

  • Flexible, curious and creative

  • Open to change and able to develop and propose innovative ideas

  • Team-oriented, integrative and positive in a group dynamic

  • Able to build empathy within our teams and gain the trust of our clients

  • Self-reliant, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive

  • Willingness to travel and work on site at the customer's site

  • Excellent communication skills and excellent German and English skills
