TEKsystems Call Center Representative in Keizer, Oregon

A Medicare Healthcare Company based out of Oregon that assists their members with finding the best healthcare plans and coverages is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team, ONSITE, in Salem, Oregon.

Position Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.

  • Assist with coverage and claims related questions.

  • Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.

  • Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.

  • Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner

  • Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned

  • Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood

Qualifications and Strengths:

  • Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations

  • Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor

  • Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently

  • Empathy is crucial for success in this role
