ManpowerGroup Electrical Technician in Kearneysville, West Virginia
Our client, a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a dynamic team of industrial electricians and engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.
This position will work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation from 6PM-6AM.
Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Kearneysville, West Virginia 25430
Pay Range: $35 - $42 per hour, plus a night shift differential + Sign on bonus
What's the Job?
Install and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and troubleshoot using communication software.
Perform electrical and PLC tasks including calibrating, monitoring, and repairing various electrical systems.
Maintain equipment through planned preventive maintenance programs and keep accurate maintenance records.
Provide electrical and instrumentation support to ensure safe and effective production operations.
Install, test, and repair industrial electrical instrumentation and associated controls.
What's Needed?
2-year degree or equivalent certification or work experience required.
2-3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with automated equipment.
Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), specifically Siemens and Endress+Hauser instrumentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and share knowledge/experience.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
