Main Purpose:

He/she must advise and provide technical expertise to customer requests while respecting company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Diagnoses and analyzes customer technical issues

  • Takes care of solving customer problems

  • Raises technical tickets to technical teams (R&D, product) and to suppliers

  • Ensures follow-up with technical teams

  • Is responsible for writing articles in order to enrich the product knowledge database.

  • Will be responsible for carrying out any missions that may be entrusted to him/her in the course of his/her duties. These tasks have an evolving nature, on one hand due to the imperatives of adaptation of the company and its needs, on the other hand to the capacities and the deepening of skills

Qualifications:

Minimum Bac+2 or significant experience in the world of travel or expense report

Essential Core Skills/Experience:

Experience in Technical support

Customer relationship management

Experience in the tourism sector would be a plus

Professional/Technical Skills:

Fluent in English and French.

Good oral and written communication.

Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo and Saber) would be a plus

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Jira would also be a plus.
