Aston Carter Driver Manager in Kaukauna, Wisconsin

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a great attendance record, extensive knowledge of DOT & Hours of Service regulations, and a knack for problem-solving in logistics. You will be a team player who works well with drivers, customers, and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in unexpected situations.

  • Ensure reliable attendance to keep our trucks rolling.

  • Stay knowledgeable about DOT & Hours of Service regulations.

  • Think strategically and solve logistical problems efficiently.

  • Collaborate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.

  • Manage fleet orders and ensure timely dispatch.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and AS/400 for data entry and dispatch tasks.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven supervisory experience in dispatching, call center, transportation, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch systems.

Work Environment

You will be working in a new facility equipped with modern technologies and equipment. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, dispatch systems, and fleet management tools. The work environment is collaborative and supports teamwork across various departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
