Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
This role involves overseeing concrete work on a commercial construction project, focusing on framing and general labor duties. The position requires daily use of various hand tools, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws, to prepare materials for framing.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to concrete work on the construction site.
Perform framing tasks and general labor duties as required.
Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools, such as drills, saws, and nail guns, to prepare and install materials.
Work collaboratively with a team of carpenters and construction workers to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on the job site.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of experience as a Concrete laborer.
Minimum 6 months of experience using power tools (e.g., power drills, reciprocating saws, nail guns).
At least 6 months of experience in demolition work on construction sites.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and concrete finishing.
Knowledge of wood framing, steel framing, and insulation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
