Sealy Automobile Dealership is seeking a part-time, afternoon shift employee to be the first point of contact at our reception desk in our showroom. This person must have friendly demeanor as they will greet visitors and operate our multi-line phone system.
- Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls.
- Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable directing visitors, providing general information and taking messages.
- Will also assist with preparation of outgoing mail and license plates.
- Other related clerical duties as assigned.
- Shift would be in the afternoons
until 6 pm - not to exceed 29 hours. (Part-Time, Temp to Hire)
- Example: 12:30p - 6p or 1:30p - 7p will discuss at interview.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to be trained to operate multi-line phone system for a business.
- Basic computer knowledge: Will train how to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to remain calm and friendly.
- Must be able to be seated for several hours.
- Reliable transportation required.
Workweek Details:
Shift 12:30pm - 6pm or 1pm - 6pm and 4 hours on Saturday - varied
