Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise in management of the organization's debtors and creditors accounts.

  • Supervise in preparation of the organization's monthly statements.

  • Monitoring that the cash book, petty cash and online accounts are updated on daily basis.

  • Monitor the reports of monthly management accounts.

  • Assist in conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

  • Assist in managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

  • Assist in producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

  • Assist in monitoring the budgets management, supervising staff.

  • Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, taxation & online taxation.

  • Assisting in Management and control of the organization's finances.

Required skills/Competencies:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.

  • Bachelor's Degree running/completed in Business & Management.

  • Experience in an accounting role is preferable.

  • Experienced in Bookkeeping, strong background and work experience in Finance

  • Knowledge of contemporary IT, including word processing, email, spreadsheet, database and similar disciples.

  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative, and sound judgement.

  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to determine priorities, meet regular deadline,s and take/follow up action.

  • Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
