Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crews on commercial flat roof projects. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on flat roofs.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
