Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Management industry. The role is based in Kapolei, Hawaii. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment. Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Answer inbound calls and correspond via email to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform data entry tasks and manage customer records with precision
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook to organize and maintain data
• Ensure all paperwork, including filing and copying, is completed accurately and timely
• Conduct audits on parking and report any discrepancies
• Maintain a well organized filing system and perform file maintenance as necessary
• Assure all office equipment is functional and coordinate repairs when necessary
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through handling customer service and email correspondence
• Utilize skills in Answering Inbound Calls, Data Entry, and Auditing to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Proven ability to manage inbound calls and email correspondence with a high level of professionalism
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and issues efficiently
• Familiarity with basic office equipment operations such as copying and filing
• Experience in audit processes and procedures is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
