Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst

General Function
The Reports Analyst position is responsible for extraction and data collection, visualizations, and custom reports according to various organizational needs. Supports operations and conducts data analytics projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development.

Reports to: Assistant Vice President, Bakery
Accountable to: Regional Bakery Plant Managers

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly support.
Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements and translates requirements into reporting solutions.
Plans, develops, and delivers data reports and data visualizations for internal users.
Assists in data analysis and data interpretation to distinguish patterns and recognize trends.
Provides general support to AVP, Bakery and Regional Bakery Plant Managers
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience required; additional training or education from an accredited college or university preferred. 1-4 years related previous work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including strong Microsoft Excel knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Physical Requirements
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction
Must be physically able to perform light work: lifting no more than 20 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects of no more than 10 pounds; frequent standing or walking. May be required to lift objects of up to 40 pounds when assisting in mail room
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
Working Conditions
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
