Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales, billing, time worked, and collections.

  • Manage and submit time sheets, rental tickets, and purchase receipts from the field to customers electronically for approval.

  • Enter field data into internal systems for tracking and reporting.

  • Generate and send invoices for approved billing items.

  • Input field safety documentation into internal electronic systems.

  • Handle new hire paperwork, onboarding safety and I-9 verification.

  • Support and communicate with field employees regarding required online training (BrandSafway and/or customer-mandated).

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.

  • Visit job sites occasionally, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word .

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to work Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM (occasional overtime).

  • 2+ years of office or general admin work experience is preferred

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $22 - $25 per hour ( $45,760 - $52,000 annually) . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
