work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Provide customer service serving as the primary point of contact for staff, members and customers by phone or email. Customer service questions examples include assisting members with membership questions, taking phone payments, updates to a customer record, answering general questions or connecting the individual with the appropriate staff and username and password resets.
Process incoming email requests from customers related to individual and group membership updates, general inquiries and sending requested documents.
Process new individual and group membership applications by reviewing information for accuracy and providing invoices for payment or other forms as needed.
Work within the association management system to perform assigned data entry and data record cleaning to ensure that the customer record is up to date and accurate.
Provide support to our online job board (WorkZone)
Process return mail by contacting the individual or company to determine what needs to be updated and updating the database records.
