✅ Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and make sure all financial info is up to date

✅ Keep patient records accurate and organized

✅ Help patients navigate resources like financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options

✅ Work closely with clinic staff to keep everything running smoothly

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • The chance to truly make a difference in patients’ lives every single day

  • Competitive pay and great benefits

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

✔ Customer service experience (if it’s in healthcare, that’s a plus!)

✔ Strong communication skills—you’ll be talking to patients, families, and providers all day

✔ Tech-savviness—comfortable using computers and scheduling software

✔ Bonus points if you know medical terminology and insurance basics!

If you’re detail-oriented, love interacting with people, and want to be part of a team that makes healthcare easier for everyone—this is the job for you!
