Actalent Interior Architect in Kansas City, Missouri
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong exprience in sport stadium projects and proficiency in Revit. This role does not require a professional license but demands a high level of expertise and creativity in architectural design.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to design and develop sport stadiums using Revit.
Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations.
Ensure designs meet client specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sport stadium design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience in sport stadium projects.
Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sustainable design practices.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
Knowledge of structural engineering principles.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $37.00/hr.
