Job Description
The bookkeeper will be responsible for budget forecasting, general ledger month-end entries, financial reporting, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), client invoices, employee benefits and payroll, including W2s and year-end 1099s. You will also be tracking expenses for invoicing purposes by project, managing corporate credit card expenses, and recording current assets and reporting.
Responsibilities
Budget forecasting
General ledger month-end entries
Financial reporting
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing client invoices
Managing employee benefits and payroll, including W2s and year-end 1099s
Tracking expenses for invoicing purposes by project
Managing corporate credit card expenses
Recording and reporting current assets
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end entries in the general ledger, payroll, expense and credit card reconciliations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
