Maintenance Technician (Kansas City, KS)

Responsibilities of Maintenance Manager

• Oversee a maintenance tasks and prioritize importance

• Grounds maintenance of the Kansas City metro market including mowing and lawn upkeep & snow removal

• Minor painting, changing light bulbs, and upkeep of equipment

• Implementing safety policy and procedure

• Minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs

• Communicating with outside vendors as needed

  Here are our non-negotiables:

• Maintain a Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule

• Must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds, squat, kneel, and bend

• You must have a valid driver's license

• Attention to detail and positive can do attitude

• Self-accountable and Integrity
