This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
The Delivery Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.
*Work shift: Tue-Sat (5 am - 3 pm); flexible and depends on business need
Responsibilities\ - Responsible for managing a team of frontline Drivers at a given location.\ - Offer coaching, training, and development to my frontline Drivers, going out in the trade with them to monitor adherence to set processes.\ - Coordinate closely with the DOLs/UGMs and help them draft delivery strategy that impact my direct reports, such as ways of working with the RIC, key objectives, etc.\ - Complete any needed administrative workload, such as supporting with any DOT compliance work, to free-up their time to be in the trade.\ - Coordinate with TSLs and UGMs, to ensure I am up to date on any customer-specific feedback or nuances to share with my delivery team.\ - Responsible for managing the costs of my delivery teams, including partial P&L ownership for my employees I directly manage.
Compensation and Benefits:\ - The expected compensation range for this position is between \$59,400 - \$92,600.\ - Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.\ - Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.\ - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ - In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications\ - Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience.\ - Desired 2-3 years of experience managing frontline employees.\ - Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (4am-5am start), evenings and/or weekends.\ - Class A, CDL certified not mandatory but strongly recommended.\ - Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.\ - This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.\ - Must have a valid driver\'s license.\ - Safe driving record strongly preferred.
