Description
We are currently searching for a Medical Recruiter to support a healthcare team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The primary function of this position is to oversee the recruitment process for healthcare professionals while ensuring accurate record keeping and efficient application processing. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity that will allow the successful candidate to contribute significantly to our hospitals, dental programs and social assistance programs. Must be able to showcase past healthcare recruiting in markets that are similar to Kalamazoo, MI. This role would start the last week of January and last 1-3 months.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for healthcare professionals
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services to process applications and maintain records
• Leverage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer and management
• Use Careerbuilder and other recruitment platforms to source potential candidates
• Implement CRM strategies to maintain relationships with applicants and potential candidates
• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient resource management
• Utilize 'About Time' software for time management purposes
• Conduct Background Checks to ensure the integrity and credibility of potential candidates
• Manage Benefit Functions to ensure applicants are well informed about their potential benefits
• Engage in Cold Calling to source potential candidates and to build a robust candidate database.
Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Recruiter or in a similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Experience with Careerbuilder platform.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Experience with About Time software.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System.
• Experience in conducting Background Checks.
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions.
