Stryker Lead Service Demand Planner in Kalamazoo, Michigan

What you will do-

You will be responsible for building, executing and maturing Stryker Instruments’ ProCare Finished Good Demand Strategy. You will plan, create and monitor demand signals for incoming repairs, advanced exchange, and loaner devices. You will build new, next level integrated processes among internal functions such as service, operations, demand planning, supply planning, field service, and marketing. You will lead alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization. This is an onsite/hybrid mix role, with the employee working out of a Stryker office located in Kalamazoo Michigan.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • LeadInstrument’s Service Depot finished good demand planning strategy

  • Own demand planning support for NPD and Sustainability projects

  • Update, monitor, and communicate finished good forecaststo stakeholders

  • Support product lifecycle management (repairs)

  • Lead supply chain peers in managing AE/L pool budgets, safety stocks, and purchasing recommendations

  • Lead internal supply chain projects across supply, demand and inventory planning

  • Leadregular demand reviews with stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Supply and Demand Teams to make effective supply chain decisions

  • Support Service component demand planning process as needed

  • Identifyopportunitiesthatinfluence Service Depot success drivers, potentially including same day shipments, customer days aging, and cost savings

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field - required

  • 4+ years professional experience, preferably in supply chain - required

  • SAP experience - preferred

  • Strong data analysis skills
