We are currently seeking a motivatedBase Yard Laborerwho will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating our base yard, undertaking various physical tasks. This position involves demanding manual labor, and the ideal candidate possesses key qualities such as the ability to follow instructions, teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability to changing work environments.

Essential Duties:

Material Handling:

• Assist in loading/unloading using forklifts.
• Operate tools for yard organization.

Yard Maintenance:

• Maintain base yard cleanliness and organization.
• Handle hazardous materials with safety compliance.

Inventory and Delivery:

• Inspect incoming parts/materials.
• Manage inventory and deliver equipment parts.

Construction Support:

• Perform construction-related tasks.
• Transport materials to job sites.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Follow supervisor's direction.

Team Collaboration:

• Work independently and as part of a team.

Work Area Organization:

• Maintain a clean work area.

Equipment Repair Parts:

• Receive and deliver repair parts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Class 4 Drivers License, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• CDL preferred.
• Forklift Certified preferred.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $20-$30 per hour.
