Detailed Description:

• Produce scheduled items, as well as assemble, select, delimb, store and pack according to MTP, maintaining the pace, quality and productivity of work.

• Perform product inspections based on ES 842 (visual standard) and quality alerts.

• Ensure the traceability of the product, filling in the traceability cards correctly and, when necessary, filling out the yellow cards (product under review – do not use) and red cards (non-conforming product).

• Perform releases of machines based on control plans (Quality).

• Inform the immediate superior about the lack of any item that would affect meeting the production order.

• Assemble injected components/assemblies, according to PCP programming;

• Check that the assembly of the components is in accordance with the quality standard (ES 842) and in accordance with the stipulated norms;

• Fill in the daily production report in the production area and point out the waste (scrap) generated at the time of assembly or injection of the product;

• Act as a multiplier in the training of new employees, and act so that the recycling process occurs when necessary;

• Maintain order, discipline, organization and cleanliness in production based on the 5S concept;

• Support in the development and maintenance of ISO/TS 16949 quality systems and other certificates;
