Job Number: R0218667 Technical Integration Lead The Opportunity: For you, conducting overall management coordination of a well-designed network with power requirements with your leadership is critical to move data, establish training and enable organizations to achieve their missions, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their current and evolving needs? Leading the right team, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That's why we need you, an experienced Tech support team lead who knows how to develop the exact network and support the Army client needs delivering training to the point of need. As a Team Lead, you lead a team of network administrators, cyber security professionals, and simulation technicians. You'll use your advanced technical experience to support daily operations, run training, command post shelters, power generation and distribution, and integration. You will perform routine maintenance, application configurations, and upgrades as needed, and implement security updates and exercise events. Your knowledge of network protocols, network troubleshooting, equipment, emerging technology, and configurations will come in handy as you optimize client operations and modernization. Using your expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity controls, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects. Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you'll make an impact on distributed exercises and missions to the point of need. You Have: 8+ years of experience with Military training and training support 8+ years of experience in integrating training environments, planning architectures and stimulation of Army Mission Command Systems in support of unit training events and distributed exercises Experience in technical support and training requirements at Brigade or higher level TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree DoD 8570.01-M IAM II Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
