Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is currently interviewing qualified candidates for an HR Generalist in Johnstown, PA.
The role of the HR Generalist is to administer all human resources functions in a professional, efficient and effective manner.

Dusties, Skills, Qualifications:
- Time management

- Basic math and English concepts
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related) field AND at least four (4) years of human resources experience in a union environment.
- Previous history working in HR
- Experience in workers compensation, FMLA and health benefits
- Familiar with onboarding, orientation, policies and procedures
- Computer skills, including proficient to advanced MS Office skills are required.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred
