Job Description:

This position is responsible for assembling completed rifles using our patented A.C.E. system with the use of gunsmithing tools. Individual will be expected to perform other related tasks as assigned. Full-time and part-time available.  Experienced or retired machinists and gun enthusiasts encouraged to apply!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
• Requires the ability to safely handle firearms and adhere to all state, federal, and company firearms regulations. Completion of an accredited gunsmith training program preferred, but not necessary.  We do offer on the job training.
• Proven experience working with rifles and previous shooting experience a must. 
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction accurately and precisely. 
• Sound knowledge of gun control laws and gun safety.
• The ability to safely learn to build and assemble rifle components with the use of gunsmithing tools.   Physical strength and hand/finger dexterity a must.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills a must.
• Some mechanical, woodworking, and metalworking skills preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication with all team members.
• Ability to pack and ship orders up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment including temperature extremes of heat and cold, dust, noise, outdoor weather conditions, and wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Must be physically fit including lifting up to 50 lb., pulling, reaching, and climbing. 
• Must pass a drug screen, physical and mental health/psychological screen.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
