Kitchen Prep Cook $12 - $15/hour based upon experience.

*Responsibilities: *
- Garnish, relish, portion, design dishes and plate garnishes
- Prepare salads and cut vegetables
- Make dressings and sauces
- Prepare various foods for batch cooking, grilling, frying and sauting
- High-volume cooking preparation with quality using all new kitchen equipment
- Prepare speciality dishes and sauces
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Replenish and requisition supply items daily
- Ensure ingredients and cooked dishes are fresh
- Handle and store ingredients safely
- Do kitchen and prep area cleaning
- Follow and food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
Knowledge of keeping clean and safe work areas
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Skills handling utensils, kitchen, knife skills
