Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• Perform rack level ground support equipment electrical engineering for a variety of electronic components, digital and/or analog circuitry, vendor supplied or customed designed card sets, COTS/MOTS computers, processors, inter-processors, network switches, firewalls, wiring, cable connections, and console and/or data interfaces.
• Consideration for experience as a Technical Lead and/or Subsystem Lead position will be assessed.
To be effective in this role, you will need:
• Experience with the design, manufacturing and final assembly of Electrical Ground Support Equipment.
• Strong EGSE troubleshooting skills.
• 1-3 years of experience with EE standards and processes.
• 9+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's; or 7+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Familiarity of Electrical Ground Support Equipment Designs
• Electrical Ground Support Equipment troubleshooting
• Basic rack assembly
• Production of electrical engineering drawings using Creo Parametric and/or Zuken applications
• Manufacturing and final assembly of Electrical Ground Support Equipment
Desired Skills:
• FFMEA
• Self-starter
• Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment
• Electrical design standards such as EMS200
• Windchill (EPDM)
• Electrical drawing checking experience
• Hardware component calibration
• Development of electrical design documentation to include operations and maintenance of hardware equipment
• Performing rack tip analysis
• Experience or coursework in schematic capture using Zuken or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical drawing checking experience
• Windows and/or RedHat OS experience
• NI Labview operations
• Software development/maintenance
• Instructor level experience or coursework in analog and digital design
• A willingness to travel
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Visio

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
