领导区域旧梯改造销售团队完成销售任务，并有效地完成旧梯改造的售前、售后的管理工作。
分析维保及旧梯改造更新市场，对客户进行市场细分管理；
发掘电梯改造更新需求，帮助分公司增加旧改订单；
4．负责协调支持旧梯改造合同的签订，订货，安装移交等协调、支持工作、合同的及时关闭。
5．负责协调支持改造工地的质量、安全和工期管理。
6、MOD收款管理
7、在管辖区域内执行并维护有效的环境、健康与安全管理工作计划。
8、遵守卓越服务的政策和程序，履行卓越服务的客户承诺，制定卓越服务计划和活动，回顾实施进展，实现卓越服务目标。
、遵守并执行商业道德制度，加强管理，避免员工违反商业道德行为。
