JPMorgan Chase Firmwide Business Resiliency Governance Vice President in Jersey City, New Jersey
Within the Firmwide Business Resiliency Team (FBRT) you will be part of a diverse and progressive organization that has talent in depth and is tackling some of the biggest challenges facing the financial services industry. Job Responsibilities:
Work with all lines of business and functions as well as senior level executives
Hone problem solving, communications and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching
Gain a better understanding of the global regulatory landscape
Build an effective network
Support the firm's senior resilience meetings and governance forums
Support the production of executive and board level content
Provide direct support to senior leaders
Communicate key resiliency messages across a broad stakeholder network
Manage a complex and interesting portfolio of work
Shape, coordinate and measure the delivery of essential outcomes
Review resilience policies, delivery and assessment
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills which they are able to flex for the audience
Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
High degree of initiative, self-direction and ability to work well under pressure
Acts with integrity, and displays problem solving ability and resourcefulness
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Experience in Governance and/or Risk or Controls preferred
